Zahra Hajiaghamohseni, M.S., BCBA
Zahra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She began using Applied Behavior Analysis in 1999 while working as an Assistant Applied Behavior Specialist in New York. She primarily worked with the eight and older population in skill development as well as developing interventions for aberrant/maladaptive behaviors. Over the last two years, she has provided an array of consultation services to individuals with autism including: Functional Behavioral Assessment, Behavior Intervention Plans, IEP development, Needs Assessments, Curriculum development, and Community Trainings on autism topics.
She is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis through the University of South Carolina.

Melissa Falta, B.A.
Melissa graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development. She began working as a lead therapist using Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007, working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Charleston, South Carolina. She worked primarily with children ages 3 - 6 with autism. She completed her Behavior Analysis Certificate with Southern Illinois University in 2010.

Christian A. Martin, BCBA-D
Dr. Christian A. Martin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lander University in 1997, his master’s degree from the University of South Carolina in 2004, and his doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina in 2009. Currently, he serves as president of the South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis and adjunct professor in the Department of Special Education at the University of South Carolina. He has over 15 years of experience working with young children, adults, and families with developmental disabilities and special needs. He currently provides behavior support services under the SCDDSN Medicaid Waiver Program. His interests include Functional Communication Training, Positive Behavior and Instructional Support, and supporting individuals with autism. Over the past 7 years he has presented at both local and national conferences and is a current member of the National Honor Society in Psychology, South Carolina Autism Society, and the South Carolina and International Association for Behavior Analysis.
Dr. Martin owns Atlas Supports, LLC and provides contract services for ABX Solutions, LLC.

Blake A. Crosby, M.Ed., BCBA
Blake is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He received his bachelor's degree in systems engineering in 2001. After a change in careers, he worked in an administrative capacity for the Coastal Autism Division from 2006 through 2010. He simultaneously gained experience while working as a cognitive skills trainer and reading instructior for Learning Rx in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Blake has been working as a line therapist for ABX Solutions since 2008. He received a master's of special education degree from Arizona State University in 2011.

Michele Wert
Michele has seventeen years of experience working with students ages 4 -18 who have autism spectrum disorders in the Montgomery County Public School System in Maryland. She received initial training in ABA therapy methods by ABA specialists from the University of California. In addition, she has completed coursework at the University of Maryland, College Park. She enjoys working with children and families and is a strong advocate for individuals with autism.

Kelly Bickel, B.A.
Kelly has a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University in 2005. She has interned for World Federation of Mental Health in 2005 and helped organize World Mental Health Day 2006 in D.C. She is now working toward her Master's in Education with a Specialization in Counseling from Liberty University. She will also be working on her BCBA. Kelly is happy to be working with children with autism and their families.

Hannah Miller
Hannah is currently completing Bachelor’s in Psychology at the College of Charleston. Hannah has been an ABA therapist since October 2009, and has been providing services for ABX since February 2011. She loves working with kids, and was thrilled to find she could combine that with her love of Behavioral Psychology through ABA therapy! Hannah’s future career plans include pursuing her BCaBA once she has completed her Bachelor’s degree.

Callan Hazelbaker, B.A.
Callan Hazelbaker received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She has been working as a therapist using applied behavioral analysis since early 2010, primarily with children with autism. She enjoys providing interactive learning sessions that motivate children to interact and excel in their environment. Her future career goals include pursuing graduate degree in psychology and neuroscience with an interest in the biological and behavioral mechanisms of autism.

Courtney Hickman
Courtney is currently enrolled at the College of Charleston. She is working towards her Bachelors Degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Mental Disabilities and Emotional Disabilities. She started as a volunteer with ABX Solutions, LLC and worked her way up to a therapist. She has also volunteered at schools around the Charleston area, specifically in resource programs and inclusion classrooms. Working with children who have special needs has always been a dream of hers and she is thrilled to make her dreams come true!

Allie Los, B.A.
Allie has a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on Child Development and Family Services from Purdue University. Allie joined the ABX Solutions team in August 2011. She has several years experience working with children in a preschool setting, and is currently teaching Pre-K as well as ABA Therapy. She enjoys developing a relationship with the families she works with, and loves making a difference in their lives. Her future plans include pursuing her ABA Certification.
